VLE is Village Level Entrepreneur who delivers various government and non-government services to the end consumers from the CSC outlet(mostly owned)
Minimum Requirements to become a VLE on CSC 2.0
a) Should have a valid Aadhaar and PAN number.
b) The VLE should be a village youth above 18 years of age.
c) The VLE must have passed the 10th level examination from a recognized board as minimum level of educational qualification.
d) The VLE should be fluent in reading and writing the local dialect and should also have basic level knowledge of English language.
e) Prior knowledge in basic computer skills would be a preferred advantage.
f) The VLE should be motivated enough to be a prime driver of social change and disperse his/her duties with utmost dedication and honesty.
In addition, the VLE has to agree to the below terms & conditions
a) I agree that I will install the DigiPay application and will provide DigiPay services within 30 days of getting a CSC ID (VLE). DigiPay will enhance your portfolio and add to increased income opportunities. For running DigiPay you would require a biomteric device.

b) I agree that I will register under the IRCTC programme offered by CSC to become a corporate agent within 15 days of getting a CSC ID (VLE). I understand that by registering with CSC as a corporate agent, I will only use the corporate agent credentials to book the tickets on IRCTC and will not use any other personal/commercial account. IRCTC services will enable you to deliver Railway ticket services around your area & enhance your service portfolio.

c) I agree that after my CSC account is created i will register for the Rural Authorised Person (RAP) program within 30 days of account activation. Through RAP, I will be able to solicit or negotiate an Insurance policy with a client on behalf of the insurance companies.

d) I agree to setup a PMGDISHA center within 90 days of becoming a VLE or my CSC ID activation. PMGDISHA is the most popular program for delivery of Digital Literacy across the country.

e) I agree to undergo the Telecentre Entrepreneur Course (TEC) & certify for the same within 60 days of getting a CSC ID.
